1. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting three V.I.P. guests.
a. Kim Wildman, the researcher for the Bradt Guide to Ghana, stayed with us twice, a common occurrence, on her way north and on her return. Here’s what she wrote in our guest book:
“Chris and Charity- Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It’s been so nice having a place that feels like home that I could come back to-I may never leave! Definitely one of the best places I have stayed in during my Ghana travels.”
b. The U.S, Ambassador to Ghana, his wife and her parents stayed three nights. Here’s what Ambassador Teitelbaum wrote in our guest book”
“A great experience. Four Villages’ reputation is well deserved!”
And his wife Julianna Lindsey wrote, ”Lovely place-thanks for all the lovely assistance and great recommendations.”
c. The Canadian High Commissioner and his mother Sandra Schemmer who wrote in our book, “What a jewel of a place!”
2. ON THE TRIP ADVISOR WEB SITE: Four Villages Inn was celebrated for the 15th and 16th time with two great reviews.
a. “BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE PLACE WE STAYED IN DURING OUR THREE WEEKS IN GHANA.
The Four Villages Inn is a treasure – extremely clean, well run, excellent breakfasts, and with exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts. It is an oasis in a hot, dirty and noisy city (colourful and interesting as Kumasi also is!) The market tour by Comfort was a highlight of our visit to Ghana. I can’t recommend this Inn too highly. b. “THE MOST COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING HOME IN GHANA:
Charity and Chris are the innkeepers with big hearts, a beautifully welcoming home and delicious food, After our visit, we felt like members of the Scott Family and we count the weeks now until our next visit south for more pampering. (Meals can be arranged and there is a thoughtfully stocked fridge in each bedroom). Scottish volunteer, Lawra”
