Many of our guests take Comfort’s famous market tour.

COMFORT WITH KUMASI CENTRAL MARKET

One recent review written by Steve Taylor who took Comfort’s tour of the market with his family comes to mind in light of the above report.

THE TAYLOR FAMILY AT FOUR VILLAGES INN

“No exaggeration, I thought Comfort’s market tour was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. The market is a marvel, but most of all it is full of the most amazing people.”

Once again, these “amazing people” who you meet during the tour have to endure more hardship. Do such calamities have to happen so regularly ? Constantly, throughout this blog, I harp on the lack of support of and apathy towards the private sector by public authorities. It’s always promise and fail. Such is the case right at the heart of the economy of this region, the Kumasi Central Market where tends of thousands of traders and artisans eek out a livelihood.
