Our family has always been a great fan of KSM, the Ghanaian comedian who spent years abroad, but returned to his homeland to put an intelligent spin on Ghanaian life. Like madinghana, KSM fears for the December 7th elections here and he has issued a plea for peaceful elections in the form of a letter to an imaginary foot soldier.

HOW IMAGINATIVE AND POIGNANT!

This is an idea that my president Mr Herbert Acquaye of the GHANA HOTELS ASSOCIATION can pick up on…a letter to an imaginary foot soldier from the perspective of a hotelier who sees his/her industry or investment collapse due to the foot soldier’s losing it….

Following KSM.’s plea, the following perceptive opinion column appeared on the net entitled, “KSM Has Spoken the Minds of Ghanaians”.

It’s interesting that Mr. Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, NPPs National Chair, is singled out to receive instruction on the consequences of inflammatory rhetoric. Jake is a former Minister of Tourism and should be well aware of the catastrophic effect election violence would have on the tourism industry in particular and the national economy as a whole.
